My New Machine

I bought a Janome Memory Craft 8200QC at Quilt Fest of NJ in March.  The strangest thing happened - the metal feed dogs broke - twice!  The dealer replaced it the first time and the second time the machine went back to Janome.  They replaced my machine with a new one!  I never found out whether the problem was user error (me) or a fault with the machine.  The dealer said that they thought it must be the machine or Janome wouldn't have replaced it.  So I am defintiely praising Janome service.  However, a caveat to people who buy machines at quilt shows - I had to get the machine back to the dealer who was not as nearby as if I bought it at a local shop and service was connected to the dealer from the show.  But, anyway, Thank You, Janome!
